Supporting: Hungry Bears Food Bank
We were honoured to be able to support Hungry Bears Food Bank with these videos, sharing John K. Samson’s trip to Churchill and live performances of Postdoc Blues and Reconstruction Site.
Churchill is a remote community in the Canadian subarctic, and is currently dealing with the closure of the port, one of the community’s largest employers. Over 10% of residents are out of work. Two benefit concerts aimed to raise attention and funds for the Hungry Bears Food Bank with shows in both Winnipeg and Churchill.

“Churchillians endure long, cold winters and the Hungry Bears Food Bank needs your support to help our community make it through to spring. Please consider donating so we can provide an essential service to individuals and families in the community who may not have access to important food resources.”
